LEVRA was born from the co-founders first-hand experience. Emily and Bartek, a former lawyer and accountant with over 15 years of combined experience, witnessed the same struggle over and over again: academically capable young professionals stepping into the corporate world but struggling with essential skills needed to thrive.
They saw young adults struggling to connect with senior colleagues, hesitant to pick up the phone, or unsure how to navigate difficult conversations. These young professionals weren’t lacking intelligence — they had simply never been taught the critical Human Skills needed to collaborate, communicate, and build the confidence required for success.
Determined to change this, Emily and Bartek founded LEVRA to bridge the gap. With a focus on creating practical, immersive learning experiences, LEVRA helps young professionals unlock their potential by mastering the skills that lead to promotions, stronger teams, and meaningful connections at work.

LEVRA was founded at the University of Oxford's Saïd Business School, born from our co-founders' first hand experience.
Bartek and Emily, an accountant and a lawyer with over 15 years of combined professional experience, witnessed a widening gap between education and employment. Talented young adults arrived with strong academic qualifications but often lacked the essential Human Skills needed to thrive in the working world.
Determined to bridge this gap, Emily and Bartek founded LEVRA and spent years developing the Human Skills Framework (HSF), our proprietary tool for measuring 31 Human Skills.
The rise of AI has only heightened the problem we set out to solve. The more capable AI becomes, the more valuable our Human Skills are. Judgement, critical thinking and effective communication are the hardest skills to automate, and yet they are the very skills needed to engage with AI critically and effectively.
Our AI driven platform has been shaped by research and direct feedback from the learners, universities and employers we work with, so it keeps pace with the latest information on how we learn and develop skills.
LEVRA equips young people with the confidence, communication and judgement they need to thrive. Skills that are becoming increasingly valuable in an AI era.
