What makes LEVRA unique?

LEVRA specialises in Human Skills (or 'soft skills') for young people. Our research-backed platform combines a proprietary Human Skills Framework with immersive workplace simulations to deliver personalised, practical learning ensuring every learning experience is grounded in research and designed for real-world impact.

How does LEVRA help learners develop their Human Skills?

Firstly LEVRA measures an individual's Human Skills strengths and areas for development across 31 Human Skills. We then use GenAI-powered interactive simulations to create realistic workplace scenarios, giving learners a psychologically safe environment to practise their Human Skills at their own pace. Through dynamic, real-time conversations that adapt to each learner's responses, we help individuals build confidence, strengthen their Human Skills capabilities, and develop practical behaviours they can apply in the workplace.

What does a learner journey look like?

Learners progress through a three-step learning journey. Each learner begins with an initial assessment using our psychometric tool to measure their current Human Skills capabilities. They then complete personalised Human Skills modules featuring bite-sized content and immersive simulations tailored to their individual needs receiving a detailed report for each module. Following the simulations, learners receive a full one-time feedback report, helping them understand their strengths and areas for development as a whole.

Who designs the content?

All content is aligned with LEVRAs Human Skills Framework which was developed in-house and backed by psychometric experts and behavioural scientists from OccPsyence. We work with other leading educational experts to ensure our content is grounded in research, science and delivers real behavioural change. What data do you collect?

We collect what's needed to personalise training and track progress; this includes initial assessment results, module completion and performance data, and conversation transcripts from AI simulations. Simulation transcripts are pseudonymised and never linked to a learner’s name. LEVRA never uses any data for hiring, promotion or performance decisions. Can I integrate LEVRA with our LMS?

LEVRA operates independently and does not require technical integration. As a web-based platform, learners can securely access LEVRA online from anywhere with an internet connection.

How can learners access LEVRA?

LEVRA delivers its content through desktops, providing a flexible and accessible learning experience.

How quickly can our organisation roll out LEVRA?

Off-the-shelf content, including 31 ready-to-use modules, can be rolled out within 1 week. For co-created content, timelines vary based on the number of modules but typically take around 1 month.

Can LEVRA's training be customised for our organisation?

Yes! LEVRA offers off-the-shelf modules and bundled programmes as readily accessible options. Additionally, we collaborate with organisations to co-create bespoke content and scenarios, ensuring the training is fully aligned with your firm’s unique culture, challenges, and goals.
