1. General

  1. At LEVRA, we care about your personal information, so we prepared this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, store, use, and share it. This Privacy Policy applies to all LEVRA services. By using the Service, you agree with LEVRA’s collection, use, and sharing of your personal information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. Please note that LEVRA is constantly testing and improving our product features, including the introduction of Generative AI conversations. 

2. Data Collection

  1. The personal data we collect from you include:
    • Questions, queries or feedback provided, including email address if you contact LEVRA. 
    • A learner’s work email address when they sign up to our LEVRA Learn Portal. 
    • A learner’s gender, age and professional experience. 
    • A learner’s results and interaction through our immersive learning experiences, including responses and transcripts generated from GenAI-powered roleplays and conversations.
    • If a learner completes the LEVRA HSF, the data that will be collected includes: name, email address, age group, studying or employed, years of professional experience, level of seniority, industry and firm.

3. Data Uses

  1. We use Learner Personal Data to provide and improve our service; for analytics, research, marketing, and sales purposes; to comply with law and regulations; and to support our legitimate business operations. We will only process your data when the legal basis of processing is met, which means one of the following applies:
    • You give your explicit consent of processing your personal data for one or more specific purposes by having accepted our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy;
    • Your personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party of;
    • Processing is necessary to be in compliance with our legal obligation;
    • Processing is necessary to protect your vital interests or those of another person;
    • Processing is necessary to carry out a task in favour of the public interest; or 
    • Processing is necessary for our legitimate purposes that do not override your fundamental rights.
  2. We design, build and run our systems to make sure that your data is as safe as possible at all stages, both while it’s processed and when it’s stored. We process personal data for the following purposes:
    • To facilitate and improve our Service: authenticating learners’ identity, facilitating enrolment, attendance tracking, and certification processes, and measuring Human Skills improvement over time.
    • To enhance our learning experiences: including the use of GenAI tools for simulations, personalised feedback, and conversational practice.
    • To communicate with you: programme updates, feedback, surveys, and support.
    • To comply with our legal duties and prevent harmful activities: including fraud prevention and responding to lawful requests.
    • To facilitate our marketing campaigns: using de-identified or anonymised data for research, marketing, sales, and brand promotion.

4. Data Location and Retention

  1. We may process de-identified information for other purposes. We will notify you immediately if a personal data breach occurs. The notification will include the nature of the breach and proposed measures to address it.
  2. We will only retain your personal data for as long as it is needed for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. After that, we will securely delete or anonymise your data.
  3. You may withdraw consent to our processing of your personal data at any time. Upon request, we will provide written confirmation that deletion has occurred.
  4. Nevertheless, we will:
    • Keep learners’ email data until they unsubscribe; and 
    • Keep learners’ anonymous feedback and de-identified data indefinitely and lawfully.

5. Data Sharing

  1. We will not sell or rent your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. However, we may share your data with secured, trusted partners and service providers for legitimate business operations purposes, including but not limited to:
    • Email service providers; 
    • Hosting providers and subprocessors  who store data securely and facilitate the daily operations of our platforms; and
    • AI solution providers supporting GenAI simulations, speech-to-text transcription, and personalised learning experiences. 
  2. The data we collect may also be used to generate anonymised statistical data for research and analysis purposes. We will only share identified personal data with your explicit consent or where required to do so by law.

6. Children’s privacy protection

  1. Our services are not designed for, or intentionally targeted at, children 13 years of age or younger. We do not intentionally collect or maintain data about anyone under the age of 13.

7. Data Security

  1. We are committed to doing all that we can to keep your data secure. We have set up systems and processes to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of your data, including encryption and monitoring.
  2. We also require all third-party suppliers to maintain strong security standards in line with applicable Data Protection Laws.

8. Your Privacy Rights

  1. You have the right to request:
    • Information about how your personal data is processed;
    • A copy of that personal data; and 
    • That anything inaccurate in your personal data is corrected immediately. 
  2. You can also:
    • Raise an objection about how your personal data is processed;
    • Request that your personal data is erased if there is no longer a justification for it; and 
    • Ask that the processing of your personal data is restricted in certain circumstances.

    Changes to this policy

    1. We may change this privacy policy. In that case, the ‘last updated’ date at the bottom of this page will also change. Any changes to this privacy policy will apply to you and your data immediately. If these changes affect how your personal data is processed, LEVRA will take reasonable steps to let you know.
